Bobby’s seems to have more of what you’d expect from Costco, so it’s a great way to get some frozen Mahi Mahi or frozen berries for smoothies.
French bakery in Road Town – won’t deliver, but you can have it prepared for pickup – Google Maps

There are little grocery stores at many of the docks and marinas around the islands. The selection will be limited, but you can usually find a few supplies to restock the boat. I’d suggest a shared note on your phone with the crew, so people can write down things they’re missing for the next resupply run. That way when someone is onshore, they can check the shared note to see what needs to be purchased.
